You will be assisting with bed making and cleaning, as well as handling check-in.
This is a weekly, up to 20 hour job. After work, you will have free time. You can also do sightseeing in Osaka or work part-time.
1. Volunteer staff stay is basically volunteer work, unlike living-in part-time work contracts, and it is a condition of exchange for “helping with the work of lodging (cleaning, etc.)” and “free lodging in a dormitory (one bed).”Therefore, there is no payment for part-time work.
In principle, the length of stay should be one month or longer.(If you are looking for a longer term or would like to extend the term, please let us know as soon as possible.)
2. Since the job of cleaning the inn is physical labor, we are looking for people who are healthy and not physically anxious, and who can respond to guests during their stay with common sense (attitude, language, etc.) and communicate brightly.
3. We offer a bed in a dormitory room for free, but depending on the level of the inn’s crowdedness, we may be forced to ask female staff to move to a mixed dormitory.
4. We will lend you a lockable locker for valuables.However, if your item should be stolen, we will not be responsible for it at all, so please be careful.
5. Guest kitchens (refrigerators, rice cookers, cooking utensils, tableware, etc.)However, it will be shared with guests and other staff members.
6. Please be aware that we may refuse to continue our stay if there is a big problem with the guest during our stay or if there is a disadvantage to our stay.
